the ASD tug is a self-contained, battery powered, walk-behind power mover that aids
production personnel in moving heavy parts and equipment in an
industrial environment. It is a tool used to offset the physical strain
that is felt by an operator in pushing or pulling loads that personnel
experience in a work place environment.
The ASD Tug has many standard features that
are optional with others. These include variable speed control, horn, high and
low speed, belly switch, adjustable handle, on-board battery charger, attachment
receiver, foam filled tires, key switch, neutral throttle brake and a traction weight package.
ASD XPRESS (Cart Mover)
The Xpress walkie tug is used for light push or pull loads that's capable of moving loads of up to 1,000 lbs. that are on a wheeled cart. This is equivalent to 250 lbs. of push or pull capacity. Ideal application includes cart pullers and cart pushers.
ASD XTRA-400 (Trailer Mover)
The Xtra-400 walkie tug is used for medium push or pull loads that's capable of moving loads up to 20,000 lbs. that are on a wheeled cart. This is equivalent to 550 lbs. of push or pull capacity. Ideal applications include trailer pullers, trailer movers, and car pushers.
ASD XTRA-800 ( Heavy Trailer Mover)
The Xtra-800 walkie tug is used
for medium push or pull loads that's capable of moving loads up to
20,000 lbs. that are on a wheeled cart. This is equivalent to 800 lbs.
of push or pull capacity. Ideal applications include trailer pullers,
trailer movers, and car pushers.
ASD XTREME (Heavy Duty)The Xtreme load mover is used for heavy push or pull loads that's capable of moving loads up to 50,000 lbs. that are on a wheeled cart. This is equivalent to 750 lbs. of push or pull capacity. . Ideal applications include machinery moving equipment.
